Mixbook 2018 Year In Review
Here we are in a brand new year and we can’t wait to show you all great things we have planned in 2019. We ended 2018 more grateful than ever knowing we were entrusted with over 2.3 million photo projects.
Users uploaded an incredible 157 million photos last year! That’s countless, priceless moments captured and cherished.
Photo books and calendars were purchased more than any other product on Mixbook.com, proving how much customers love our books and customizable calendars. Users proved they just loved making books for all occasions as “Everyday” was our top selling theme followed by “Wedding” and “Travel”.
We’ve seen a great wave of nostalgia hit our Millennials users as they are printing photos in record numbers! No matter how many photos are posted on social media, nothing beats a tangible print.
We started the year with an amazing win: two Louie Awards for gorgeous designs we collaborated with Lily & Val on. We take great pride in our designer collaborations and strive to bring new and exciting designs to our customers as much as we can. In 2018 we launched over 20+ new designer partnerships including EttaVee, Magnolia Bakery, Hello!Lucky, and Jess Phoenix.
Our top selling photo book design was Full Photo. Full Photo features clean layouts that showcase photos in all their glory. During the holiday season, Mixbook users made Happy Holidays by Letters by Shells our top selling card of 2018. It was amazing to see another designer collaboration become a popular theme for users.
