We're going to show you how easy it is to up-cycle your family's holiday cards to create "new" holiday ornaments that will become a fun tradition year after year.
Up-cycling Holiday Cards
All you need are your old family holiday cards, washi tape, scissors, a hole puncher, and twine.
Cut your favorite parts of the holiday card out. Whether is a part of the overall design or just the photo section.
Add fun embellishments using washi tape, glitter, or stickers. Hole punch the top of your new ornament for the twine.
Tie a knot using your twine. We used baker's twine because it adds a little candy cane holiday style.
Play around with different holiday cards and create unique new ornaments! You can even re-gift these back to the families or use them as gift tags.
Hang them on your christmas tree or wreath and display last year's memories in a new, fresh way!
