Kid's Summer Bucket List for 2021

It is that time again! The days are getting longer, the sun is shining a little brighter, and for any kid who has been locked in pandemic-ridden homeschooling for the last year, these are clear signs that summer is coming. With more and more Americans getting vaccinated daily, a common thought on many kids' minds is how to make up for all the fun not had in the last year. We at Mixbook have thought long and hard about this, and we have come up with the ultimate kid's summer bucket list to end the 2020-21 school year.

Being Outdoors is the Name of the Game

Too much of the last year has been spent in stifling environments. For this summer, we filled our Mixbook kid's summer bucket list with as many fun outdoor activities as we could think of. We do include some "rainy day" activities as well, but this year, we are doing our best to embrace the outdoors.

All of the ideas on our kid's summer bucket list have one thing in common. They are all loads of fun. Some even have some educational value too. We want to help you bring smiles to your kids' faces for all eight weeks of summer break. Just do not forget to break out the camera and take loads of photos to treasure later.

As our world begins to resume normal activities, we would like to take a moment and remind parents to encourage the fun activities listed above in a pandemic-safe environment. That being said, we hope that this list fills your kids' summer with smiles and happiness, and your camera rolls with great memories to cherish for years to come.
