"I am new to Mixbook. Can you help with design or recommend a theme to start?"

You bet we can, let us lay it out step by step for you! Being creative doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Need a quick tutorial to get you started? Check out our Mixbook 101 video to get your creative juices flowing. Soon enough, you’ll be a Mixbook pro!

“What format should my photos be in?”

Great and important question! For the most seamless experience, we recommend uploading .jpg files for photos. For best print quality, photos should be at least 4MB at 300 dpi. The maximum file size at this time is 15MB. Files are recommended to be in sRGB profile, but CYMK files are accepted as well. We also recommend that you to make any edits or color corrections prior to uploading your photos.

What kinds of home decor do you offer?

“I’m new to all of this, what even is a Canvas print?”

Hey, you have to start somewhere! Our canvas prints will display your photos as a beautiful piece of art. You can either hang your canvas or use an easel as a display. Our canvas has a solid front construction, which won't stretch or sag. We print our images using Indigo printing and use custom-developed, archival pigment based inks.

How do I add text to my book?

Photos are great, but maybe you want some captions, we can help! To add text to your project, first click the "Add Text" button at the upper right corner while editing your project. This will create an empty text box. Click on the text box and begin typing to add your text. You can also change the font and color, move, resize and rotate a text box using the surrounding tools.
